- Delivery time starts from the day the order is placed until the day we attempt to deliver the order to you. Delivery time may vary depending on the nature of the product and installation.
- Working days are from Saturday to Thursday, and do not include weekends or public holidays. The delivery address must be clear.
- Qabbani Furniture Company is responsible for delivering the product to the customer's home up to a maximum of the fourth floor, provided that the conditions are suitable for lifting and that the passages and stairs are wide and suitable for lifting to ensure the safety of the product.
- In the event that these conditions are not met or if the floors exceed the fifth floor, the customer must provide a special crane for lifting goods at their own expense. The company's responsibility is limited to delivering the product in factory condition to the customer, with the possibility of the company contributing to providing the crane without any technical or financial responsibility whatsoever.
