🔄 Return and Exchange Policy
  • The product can be returned or exchanged within **14 days** from the date of receipt, provided it has not been used at all and is in its original condition in terms of packaging, components, or accessories. The customer bears the shipping and packaging costs in case of unboxing (value is determined based on the product).
  • Products can be returned or exchanged if they do not match the specifications mentioned on the website, or if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • The right to return or exchange the product does not apply in case of defects resulting from **misuse**.
🚫 Non-Returnable Products:

Bedrooms, dining rooms and their components, and all products that require assembly or custom-made products based on the customer's request, including but not limited to **(kitchens, curtains, beds, bed slats, mattresses)** cannot be returned.

They are **only exchanged** in cases of a manufacturing defect that cannot be treated or maintained, according to the report submitted by the Quality Department, which is issued within a maximum of 7 working days from receiving the returned product from the customer.

💰 Refund Policy
  • The process of refunding the product value to the customer begins after the quality inspection of the returned product and its acceptance. The quality inspection process takes a maximum of **7 working days** from the date Kabbani Furniture receives the returned product.
  • After the inspection process is completed, the customer will be notified via email, SMS, or phone call regarding the inspection result.
  • Refunds are processed using the **same payment method**: in cash for cash payments, or to the bank account in case of a bank transfer.
  • For cash purchases: The paid amount will be refunded within **2 working days** from the issuance of the product inspection report.
  • For Visa purchases: The paid amount will be refunded within **14 working days** from the issuance of the product inspection report through a bank transfer to the same customer account.
