⚠️ Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • Warranty Start Date: The warranty period mentioned above begins from the date the customer receives the product.
  • Warranty Voidance: The warranty is completely void if the product is disassembled, packaged, installed, or moved without the knowledge and supervision of the company.
  • Exceptions: The warranty does not cover (leather, fabric, glass, marble, LED lighting in bedrooms and dining rooms, and outdoor furniture cushions). Please follow the usage guidelines for outdoor products.
  • Misuse: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse.
  • Commercial Use: The warranty is designed for residential use and does not apply to commercial facilities, offices, and clinics.
  • Returns: The product cannot be returned unless it is in its original delivery condition (in factory packaging).
