A leading home furniture company founded in New Cairo, specializing in manufacturing and exporting high-quality home furniture at affordable prices.
We have 40 branches across Egypt (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, North Coast, Ain Sokhna, Delta, and Upper Egypt), in addition to branches in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We offer a wide range including bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, outdoor furniture, and furnishings.
What are the warranty periods and terms for the products?
We offer a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the delivery date:
- 10 Years: Mattresses.
- 5 Years: Master bedrooms, kids' bedrooms, and dining rooms.
- 3 Years: Living room furniture (sofas, corner sofas, salons), kitchens, tables, and TV units.
- 1 Year: Outdoor garden furniture, lighting, and furnishings.
Note: The warranty is void if the product is dismantled or assembled without the company's supervision, or in cases of misuse. The warranty is designed for residential use only.
What is the shipping and assembly policy, and how long does it take?
We provide free delivery and assembly for the first delivery. Products are delivered within 6 working days from the order date.
If you wish to receive your order within 24 hours (VIP service), an additional 10% of the total contract value will be applied. The delivery time for custom-made products (Special) varies and can take up to 30 days.
What are the available payment methods?
We provide more than 7 secure and convenient payment systems:
- Cash on Delivery: Up to a maximum of 30,000 EGP (excluding bedrooms and dining rooms, which require advance payment).
- Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard.
- E-Wallets: Such as Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, NBE, CIB, etc.
- Bank Transfer: To the company's official accounts.
Are installment plans available? What are they?
Yes, we offer flexible installment plans up to 61 months with zero down payment through our success partners online and in-store, including:
- valU, Souhoola, Contact: Up to 60 months.
- Forsa: Up to 61 months.
- Mojo, Halan, Aman: Up to 36 months.
- Banque Misr (Durable Goods): Up to 120 months under the Murabaha system.
What is the return and exchange policy?
According to the Consumer Protection Law:
- Within 14 days: Return/exchange is possible if the product is in its original condition, in factory packaging, and unused.
- Within 30 days: In the event of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired.
Note: Assembled products, bedrooms, dining rooms, and custom-made products cannot be returned; they are only exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect based on a quality report.
