Contract and Cancellation Terms:

1. A minimum of 10% of the contract value must be paid, with the remaining amount due 6 days before delivery.
2. The prices mentioned are valid for 30 days only from the contract date, and the contract is considered void after this period.
3. The maximum reservation period for special-order (custom-made) products is 30 days, with full payment required to initiate production.
4. The reservation period for special outdoor products is 30 days, with full payment required to initiate production.
5. Delivery and installation are free for the initial delivery. If re-disassembly, packaging, and re-installation services are requested, they will incur a cost.
6. If the client wishes to receive delivery within 24 hours (VIP service), 10% of the total contract value will be paid for this premium service.
7. Exchange and return policies are in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

* Within 14 days if the product is in its original condition and unused.
* Within 30 days if the product has a defect.
8. Contract cancellation is free of charge provided it does not exceed 14 days from the contract date, and the full amount paid will be refunded without any fees. If the aforementioned period is exceeded, 10% of the total contract value will be deducted as administrative fees. In the case of exchange or return after delivery (in the received condition and factory packaging), shipping costs will be deducted.
9. Refundable amounts will be processed 48 hours after the cancellation request date for cash payments, and using the same payment method (Visa or...) and only from the same branch where the contract was made.
10. Products custom-made for the client cannot be canceled or exchanged. If the client wishes to cancel, 25% of the product value will be deducted for manufacturing costs.

Important note: The contract request is considered void, and the client is not entitled to claim any refund or demand delivery of any goods after one year from the contract date.

Warranty Terms:

* Warranty against manufacturing defects.
* Warranty period (starts from the date of receipt):

* A - Bedrooms and dining rooms: 5 years.
* B - Living room sets, corner sofas, salons, recliners, sofa beds, shoe cabinets, tables, TV units: 3 years.
* T - Garden furniture, lighting: 1 year.
* If the product is disassembled, packaged, and installed without the company's knowledge, the warranty will be void.
* The warranty does not cover leather, fabric, glass, marble, LED lights in bedrooms and dining rooms, or outdoor cushions (please follow outdoor product usage instructions).
* The warranty does not apply to misuse.
* The warranty does not apply to commercial establishments, offices, or clinics.
* The product cannot be returned unless it is in its delivered condition (with factory packaging).
* The warranty does not cover accessories and handles.
* The warranty does not cover fabric and leather of all types.

Special Terms for Contracts of Furnishings, Mattresses, and Box Springs:

1. 40% of the box spring value will be deducted for cancellation or modification after 24 hours from the contract date.
2. The maximum reservation period for ready-made furnishings is 7 days.
3. Mattress warranty is 10 years, and box spring warranty is 1 year.
4. Furnishings have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
5. The warranty is valid from the date of receipt.
6. The warranty does not apply to misuse.
7. Ready-made mattresses will be delivered within a minimum of 6 working days, special-order mattresses within 10 working days, and box springs within 15 working days, all from the date of final payment.
8. If the mattress size is changed after delivery, an exchange fee of 1000 EGP per mattress will be added within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided it is in the same condition as received (with factory packaging).
9. If an order for a special-order mattress is canceled or its size modified within 14 days from the date of final payment, 25% of the mattress value will be deducted. After this period, cancellation or modification is not permitted.
10. The warranty covers maintenance, not replacement.
11. Imported furnishings do not come with a warranty.

Special Terms for Carpet Contracts:

1. Returns within 48 hours in the same condition.
2. Exchanges maximum within 14 days.
3. Reservation period is a maximum of 7 days from the contract date.
4. Cut products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Special Terms for Chandelier Contracts:

* Chandeliers are supplied without bulbs. If the client wishes to purchase bulbs, this can be done through the branch.
* The warranty does not cover:

1. Use of bulbs exceeding the specified wattage.
2. Damage resulting from infrequent cleaning of the product.
3. Use of pesticides or air fresheners near the product.
4. Use of any chemical cleaning agents on the product.

Special Terms for Installment Plan Contracts:

1. The contract cannot be canceled after the approval of the financing entity or the completion of the withdrawal process.
