Contracting and Cancellation Terms
  1. A minimum of 10% of the contract value must be paid, and the remaining balance 6 days before delivery.
  2. The quoted prices are valid for 30 days only from the contract date; the contract is considered void after this period.
  3. The reservation period for custom-made (special) products is a maximum of 30 days, with full payment required to start production.
  4. The reservation period for special outdoor products is 30 days, with full payment required to start production.
  5. Delivery and installation are free of charge for the first delivery. Any subsequent requests for dismantling, packaging, and reinstallation will incur additional costs.
  6. If the customer requests delivery within 24 hours (VIP Service), a 10% fee of the total contract value will be charged for this premium service.
  7. Exchange and Return according to Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018:
    • Within 14 days if the product is in its original condition and unused.
    • Within 30 days if the product has a manufacturing defect.
  8. Contract cancellation is free of charge provided it does not exceed 14 days from the contract date, and the full paid amount will be refunded without fees. If this period is exceeded, 10% of the total contract value will be deducted as administrative fees. In case of exchange/return after delivery (in original packaging), shipping costs will be deducted.
  9. Refunds are processed 48 hours after the cancellation request for cash payments, via the original payment method (Visa, etc.), and exclusively from the contracting branch.
  10. Custom-made products cannot be canceled or exchanged. If the customer wishes to cancel, 25% of the product value will be deducted as manufacturing costs.
Important Note: The contract request is considered void, and the customer has no right to claim a refund or demand delivery of any goods after one year from the contract date.
Warranty Terms
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty Period (starts from the delivery date):
    • 5 Years: Bedrooms and dining rooms.
    • 3 Years: Sofas, corner sofas, salons, recliners, sofa beds, shoe cabinets, tables, and TV units.
    • 1 Year: Outdoor garden furniture and lighting.
  • If the product is dismantled, packaged, or installed without the company's knowledge, the warranty is considered void.
  • The warranty does not cover leather, fabric, glass, marble, LED lights in bedrooms and dining rooms, or outdoor furniture cushions (please follow usage guidelines).
  • The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse.
  • The warranty does not apply to commercial facilities, offices, and clinics.
  • Products cannot be returned unless they are in their original delivery condition (factory packaging).
  • The warranty does not cover accessories and handles.
  • The warranty does not cover any type of fabric or leather.
Furnishings, Mattresses, and Bed Slats Terms
  1. 40% of the bed slats value will be deducted upon cancellation or modification after 24 hours from the contract date.
  2. The maximum reservation period for ready-made furnishings is 7 days.
  3. Mattress warranty is 10 years, and bed slats warranty is 1 year.
  4. Furnishings have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  5. The warranty is valid from the delivery date and does not cover misuse.
  6. Delivery of ready-made mattresses within 6 working days, custom mattresses within 10 working days, and bed slats within 15 working days (minimum, from the date of stock allocation).
  7. If mattress sizes are exchanged after delivery, a replacement fee of 1,000 EGP per mattress will be applied within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original received condition (factory packaging).
  8. If a custom mattress size is canceled or modified within 14 days of allocation, 25% of the mattress value will be deducted. After this period, cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
  9. The warranty covers maintenance, not replacement.
  10. Imported furnishings do not have a warranty.
Carpets Contracting Terms
  1. Returns are available within 48 hours in the original condition.
  2. Exchanges are available within a maximum of 14 days.
  3. The reservation period is a maximum of 7 days from the contract date.
  4. Products that are cut to size cannot be returned or exchanged.
Chandeliers and Lighting Terms
  • Chandeliers are supplied without bulbs. If the customer wishes to purchase bulbs, it can be done through the branch.
  • The warranty does not cover the following cases:
    1. Using bulbs with a wattage higher than specified for the product.
    2. Damage resulting from irregular cleaning of the product.
    3. The use of pesticides or chemical air fresheners near the product.
    4. The use of any chemical materials for cleaning the product.
Installment Contracting Terms
  • The contract cannot be canceled after the financing entity's approval or the successful completion of the withdrawal transaction.
