Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Delivery time begins from the day you place your order until the day we attempt to deliver it to you
Delivery time may vary depending on the product and installation

Working days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding weekends and public holidays

 

Shipping Cost:

Supply and installation throughout the country

Delivery up to the fourth floor is free of charge if the staircase is suitable for accessing the products. For higher floors or if the staircase is unsuitable, additional charges will apply, as per the following costs

 

Product Lifting Crane Charges:

The first product costs 3,500 EGP, except for delivery in the New Administrative Capital, 10th of Ramadan City & El Ain El Sokhna, where the cost of the first product is 6,000 EGP

Any additional product at a cost of: 700 EGP
