Payment and Delivery Policy

Cash on delivery is not available for bedrooms, dining rooms, kitchens, curtains & customized products

The maximum amount for cash on delivery is 30,000 EGP

Delivery time begins from the day the order is placed until the day we attempt to deliver it to you, Delivery time may vary depending on the product and installation

Working days starts from Saturday to Thursday, excluding weekends and public holidays

The delivery address must be clear, Kabbani Furniture Company is responsible for delivering the product to the customer's home up to a maximum of the 4th floor, provided there is suitable lifting conditions and wide corridors and staircases to ensure the product's safety

If these conditions are not met, or if the delivery floor exceeds four floors, the customer must provide a crane at their own expense. The company's responsibility is limited to delivering the product to the customer in its original factory condition. The company may contribute by providing a crane without any technical or financial liability, regardless of the circumstances

:Return and Exchange Policy

The product may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition, including packaging, components, and accessories. The customer is responsible for shipping and packaging costs if the packaging is removed (the value is determined according to the product)

Products may be returned or exchanged if they do not conform to the specifications stated on the website, or if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired or replaced

Products with defects resulting from misuse are not eligible for return or exchange

Bedrooms, dining rooms and their components, and all products whose components are assembled or custom-made to order (including, but not limited to, kitchens, curtains, beds, mattresses, and other furniture) are non-refundable and can only be exchanged in cases of irreparable manufacturing defects. These defects must be confirmed by a report from the Quality Control Department, issued within a maximum of 7 business days from the date the returned product is received from the customer

:Refund Policy

The refund process begins after the returned product has been inspected and accepted. The quality control process takes a maximum of 7 business days from the date Kabbani Furniture receives the returned product, Upon completion of the inspection, the customer will be notified of the results via email, SMS or phone call

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method: cash for cash payments or bank transfer for bank transfers

For cash purchases, the full amount paid will be refunded within two business days of the product inspection report being issued

For Visa purchases, the full amount paid will be refunded within 14 business days of the product inspection report being issued via bank transfer to the same customer's account

In case of cancellation of orders paid for by various credit cards without any reason, defect, or service failure, a 2% fee will be deducted from the total order value, and the customer has no right to object to this
