Return and Refund Policy
- The product may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided that it has not been used at all and is in its original condition in terms of packaging, components & attachments, with the customer bearing the shipping and packaging costs in case of unpacking (the value is determined based on the product)
- Products can be returned or exchanged if they do not conform to the specifications mentioned on the website, or if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired or replaced
- The product cannot be returned or exchanged if there are defects resulting from misuse
:Non-returnable products 🚫
Bedrooms, dining rooms and their components, and all products whose components are assembled or products manufactured specifically according to customer requests, by way of example and not limitation
(Kitchens, Curtains, Beds, Hotel Beds, Mattresses) They cannot be returned, they are only replaced
In cases of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or maintained, according to the report submitted by the Quality Department, which is issued within a maximum of 7 working days from receiving the returned product from the customer
Financial refund policy
- The refund process begins after the returned product has been checked up, reviewed and accepted from quality. The quality inspection process takes a maximum of 7 working days from the date Kabbani Furniture receives the returned product
- After the checking up & reviewing process is completed, the customer is notified of the result via email, text message, or phone call
- Payments are refunded using the same payment method: cash in case of cash payments or to a bank account in case of bank transfers
- In case of cash purchase: The amount paid will be refunded within two working days of issuing the product inspection report
- In the case of purchase by Visa: The amount paid will be refunded within 14 working days from the issuance date of the product review report through bank transfer to the same customer account
