Contract and Cancellation Terms:

1. A minimum of 10% of the contract value shall be paid, and the remaining amount shall be paid 6 days before delivery.
2. The mentioned prices are valid for 30 days only from the contract date, and the contract is considered void after the aforementioned period.
3. The reservation period for a custom-made product (special) is a maximum of 30 days with full payment to start implementation.
4. The reservation period for a special outdoor product is 30 days, with full payment to start implementation.
5. Delivery and installation are free of charge after the first receipt. If the service of dismantling, packing, and re-installation is requested a second time, it will be at a cost.
6. In case the client wishes to receive within 24 hours (VIP service), 10% of the total contract value will be paid for this special service.
7. Exchange and return are subject to Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

* Within 14 days if the product is in its original condition and unused.
   * Within 30 days if the product has a defect.
8. Contract cancellation is free of charge provided that 14 days from the contract date are not exceeded, and the full amount paid will be refunded without administrative fees. If the aforementioned period is exceeded, 10% of the total contract value will be deducted as administrative fees. In case of exchange or return after receipt (in the condition of receipt and factory packaging), shipping costs will be deducted.
9. Refund of paid amounts will be processed 48 hours after the cancellation request date in case of cash payment and by the same payment method (Visa or...) and from the same branch where the contract was made only.
10. A product specially manufactured for the client cannot be canceled or exchanged. In case the client wishes to cancel, 25% of the product value will be deducted for manufacturing costs.

Important Note: The contract request is considered void and the client is not entitled to claim any refund or demand delivery of any goods after one year from the contract date.

Warranty Terms:

* Warranty against manufacturing defects.
* Warranty period (starts from the date of receipt):

  * a- Bedrooms and dining rooms: 5 years.
  * b- Living room sets, corner sofas, salons, recliners, sofa beds, shoe cabinets, tables, TV units: 3 years.
  * c- Garden furniture, lighting: 1 year.
* In case of dismantling, packing, and installation of the product without the company's knowledge, the warranty is considered void.
* The warranty does not cover leather, fabric, glass, marble, LED in bedrooms and dining rooms, and outdoor cushion sets (please follow the instructions for using outdoor products).
* The warranty does not apply to misuse.
* The warranty does not apply to commercial establishments, offices, and clinics.
* The product cannot be returned unless it is in the delivery condition (with factory packaging).
* The warranty does not cover accessories and handles.
* The warranty does not cover all types of fabric and leather.

Special Terms for Upholstery, Mattresses, and Box Springs Contracts:

1. 40% of the box spring value will be deducted upon cancellation or modification after 24 hours from the contract date.
2. The maximum reservation period for ready-made upholstery is 7 days.
3. Mattress warranty is 10 years, and box spring warranty is 1 year.
4. The warranty for upholstery is one year against manufacturing defects.
5. The warranty is valid from the date of receipt.
6. The warranty does not apply to misuse.
7. Delivery of ready-made mattresses within 6 working days, special mattresses within 10 working days, and box springs within 15 working days, all from the date of minimum crediting.
8. In case of changing mattress size after receipt, an exchange fee of 1000 EGP will be added for each mattress within 14 days from the date of receipt and in the same condition as received (with factory packaging).
9. In case of cancellation or modification of the size of a special mattress within only 14 days from the date of crediting, 25% of the mattress value will be deducted, and after this period, cancellation or modification is not allowed.
10. The warranty covers maintenance and not replacement.
11. Imported upholstery has no warranty.

Special Terms for Carpet Contracts:

1. Return within 48 hours in the same condition.
2. Exchange within a maximum of 14 days.
3. The reservation period is a maximum of 7 days from the contract date.
4. Cut products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Special Terms for Chandelier Contracts:

* Chandeliers are supplied without bulbs, and if the client wishes to purchase bulbs, this can be done through the branch.
* The warranty does not cover:

  1. Use of bulbs exceeding the specified wattage.
  2. Damage resulting from not cleaning the product regularly.
  3. Use of pesticides or air fresheners near the product.
  4. Use of any chemical materials for cleaning the product.

Special Terms for Installment Contracts:

1. The contract cannot be canceled after the approval of the financing entity or the execution of the withdrawal process.
