الشروط و الأحكام
- يبدأ وقت التوصيل من يوم إجراء الطلب وحتى اليوم الذي نقوم فيه بمحاولة توصيل الطلب إليك، قد تختلف مده التوصيل طبقاً لطبيعة المنتج والتركيب.
- أيام العمل هي من السبت إلى الخميس، ولا تتضمن الإجازة الأسبوعية أو العطلات الرسمية. يجب أن يكون عنوان توصيل الطلب واضح
- شركة قبانى للأثاث مسؤولة عن تسليم المنتج بمنزل العميل بحد أقصى حتى الدور الرابع وذلك بظروف ملائمة للرفع وبممرات وسلالم واسعة ملائمة للرفع لضمان سلامة المنتج
- في حال عدم توفر تلك الظروف أو زيادة الأدوار مافوق الدور الخامس، فيتوجب على العميل توفير ونش خاص برفع البضائع على نفقته الشخصية وتنحصر مسؤولية الشركة فقط فى تسليم المنتج بحالة المصنع للعميل مع إمكانية مساهمة الشركة بتوفير الونش دون أدنى مسؤولية فنية أو مالية مهما كانت الظروف.
